POSITION SUMMARY
The Member Experience & Sales Associate serves as the face and energy of Club Pilates Jones Valley. This role blends relationship-based sales, elevated hospitality, front desk operations, and daily studio support to create an exceptional boutique fitness experience for every member and guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute the full sales process including lead generation, follow-up, studio tours, and membership closes.
  • Follow up on intro appointments, missed sales, intro no-shows, unscheduled prospects, and cooled-off prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and prospects.
  • Manage member check-ins and front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, text, and email outreach to leads and inactive members.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness through AM & PM cleaning responsibilities.
  • Support retail sales and maintain retail area appearance and inventory.
  • Assist with retention initiatives and member relationship building.
  • Support community events, partnerships, and studio promotions.
  • Complete assigned operational tasks and support overall studio organization.
  • Utilize Club Ready software for scheduling, reporting, and member management.
  • Support evening and weekend studio operations during high-traffic hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with sales outreach and relationship-based selling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional, reliable, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred.
  • Fitness, hospitality, retail, or wellness experience preferred but not required.
